I have the same thing on the hub (device) selection page. The text is cut off on the left margin just like your second screenshot.
Unlike your first screenshot, my email shows completely, but the font is quite large and it barely fits across the top of the screen. It probably needs go down a couple font sizes, maybe even smaller font than "Welcome". In fact I would make "Welcome" larger than it is now just to fill up the dead space at the top better.
My phone is just a generic Chinese Android phone, running Android 13.

S23 Ultra here, and don't have the same issues except the login screen with keyboard present. It's likely because of the screen zoom and/or test size. But it doesn't really matter. The app should be able to accommodate various font and screen sizes. Here are my settings:

Yes, I can confirm that the screen zoom and/or text size affects the alignment of text position.
Using your settings (not sure if those are default/stock settings), it seems to be okay.
And yes, it would be nice if the app accommodates various text and screen sizes.

In agreement with @iEnam, otherwise, we would be customizing a phone for one app.
