SAR import into RM - Most SAR rules missing from RM import drop-down

C7, 2.3.3.130 (and also saw this on .129, didn't notice if it was there on .128).

Was going to import some SAR's into RM...noticed that most of the SAR rules were not in the RM import drop-down:

What shows up in RM import:

All of my Basic Rules do show up in RM import flow:

Any idea why most of my SAR rules aren't available for importing?

Have to be latest version of SAR, Simple Automation Rule-1.2. Older ones don't import.
