Two things I would recommend:
- Reset and re-pair it. I have seen situations where a device didn’t pair properly and hence didn’t report its status.
- Click the “Configure” button, then do a “Refresh”.

The same thing is happening for me. Did you ever resolve this?
Actually, I don't even have the On and Off options.
I have 2 Smartthing Outlets (IM6001-OTP01) both are doing the same thing.
Reset and repair did not help.

Which driver (Type) is being used by this device if you go to the settings page? Have you tried any other drivers?
I did not try that... that actually fixed it! The driver type was set to "Device". I changed it to "Generic Zigbee Outlet." I had to click Configure and then Refresh and it started working.
