C7 on build 2.4.3.131 Any thoughts appreciated. Short question is why do device panels shown differ from each other when it's the same hardware and same software? I am unable to control the shelly devices which show less detail.
Longer version - I have 11 Shelly 1 devices, a few stopped working so I updated the Scott driver 3.09 to the latest 3.10 by Daniel Winks.
All Shelly's are responsive to Alexa voice commands only 1 of then instantly updates the Dashboard and all of them update the Shelly control panel.
Within the Dashboard the responsive one is shown on the right ending IP address .145
I have updated and repaired the Shelly App, rebooted and selected the Shelly WiFi V1 switch as the Type in all settings. What have I missed? Thank you
Check logs for connection errors.
Turn on debug logging, open logs in a new window and then try the refresh button on the one not working. See what gets logged.
Have you tried power cycling the device?
Many thanks for your time and pointers on this, logs now on, I will monitor and revert. Much appreciated.
The left side means device is found but the information isn't coming through the usual channels. Interestingly enough, there's no "shellyProtocol" state, which means integration doesn't know how to talk to the device.
Please PM me the hub id, I'll check it out. There should be a recovery mechanism for this scenario.
Next build will have a setProtocol command to manually update shellyProtocol. It should be COAP for v1 devices. This is a band-aid, but I can't figure out why it wasn't set even by looking at the engineering logs on the hub. There's not enough information there.
Many thanks for your time and work done on this, it's very much appreciated.
Kindest regards and appreciation.
Paul
