Have 2 of the same contact sensors one connected and shows up fine and the second connected but listing ad unknown, I removed and reconnected and same results, see pic, any suggestions
Go into Devices and click on the Back Door Sensor. On the right hand side look at it's 'Current States' and you should see 'Contact'. Is it "open" or "closed" or something else? You might need to refresh (if that is an option on the device page) or click configure.
