Safely reboot crashed Habitat

My Hubitat is no longer functioning and I can't connect to it. The green light is on, but nothing is working. Is there any way to reboot it safely, or is my only option to disconnect the power and hope it starts up when it is reconnected?

Have you tried accessing the hub diagnostic tool?

Sometimes itโ€™s running even when the hub appears to be otherwise unresponsive.

Is there anything I should look into the logs that might suggest what happened? Would restoring my latest backup be a good idea too?

I just checked, and there are a lot of lines of:

2021-08-10 07:50:00.527 am Z-Wave RX Queue is full

Also, 2 of my buttons both have the following log entries (both are zigbee buttons; these appear after all of the Queue full lines)
