I cannot find it in the drop down menus. Help an old guy here, please.
Yes, it seems to run the rules actions as if the rule is true. I have several rules that "if not true" run another rule. This will not hit the "else"
I understand the dilemma, and the best thing to do is have a separate Rule 4.0 rule with only the 3.0 "true" actions". That way, when you run rule actions (like the picture above), the old "true" actions are run.
