I select Rules Machine and it wants me to create a rule. Where has the list of rules displayed? On another problem I cannot sign into Webcore, I go into dashboard and no password works?

On the Apps page, not inside Rule Machine itself.

Try setting/changing it in the webCoRE app on your hub Apps > webCoRE > Settings > Security, or any of the other options there that may help.

Thanks, a toggle button to list child apps did it.
