I have a rule restricted by a time restriction. In the logs I see it firing clearly outside of the time restriction. When I look at the rule it says both conditions are false so I dont get why it fired. It happened right after I rebooted the hub.
Think I got it. Man the interface on the Rules Engine is not super intuitive... Recommend people looking at this post, watch the video. I read the posts and thought I got it. You have to do a conditional trigger which i thought i did BUT had not...
Leaving it here as opposed to deleting with this STRONG recommendation
