Rule to alert when Polling is <60

I'm trying to figure out how (IF) I can setup a new rule that will alert me when the Z-Wave Polling App has an issue with a device.

If all pings good, log will state
( Kitchen Light ---> 10 ).

If it has an issue, it will state
( Kitchen Light ---> 60 ).

I would like to create a rule that says when the device hits 60, sent alert

There is no direct way to do this.

Instead of focusing on the polling, you should consider what is the underlying issue you are trying to address.
