Rule Machine won't let me enter a decimal point as the constant

I'm trying to set a variable in Rule Machine to be 70% of a variable value. Rule Machine will not allow me to enter "0.70" as the constant. I can only enter whole numbers e.g.

Is this a bug or does Rule Machine only allow whole numbers as constants?

...or, multiply by 7 and then divide by 10.
