Would like to see an option on the top-level Rule machine page to print out a listing of all rules including the state info provided on the view of each rule (Paused, Logging, Notes,...).
Having a listing of all rules would allow easier debugging of rule sets, finding rule action invocations, finding variable usage, and being able to print listing and make markups for code needing work or investigation.
The new device & app logging stats along with the Preference manager have provided great global views into what's going on on the hub and having a complete listing of the rules would be another step in that direction.
