I have 4 Sengled Spotlights.....and then 2 more on the corner that all are in this same rule. i just checked one of other 2 (outside 1/2) and I see where Alexa turned them off at 4am....I have no routines running to make alexa do this but at least NOW i can what happened to this light. I dont see the same command on Front Porch1-3 though.
My only remaining suggestion is to turn on debug logging for one of the bulbs and maybe get more information

Outside front is a group that these outside lights are in. Ugh
Yep, I made sure to mention that (twice) just in case. 
But Alexa Hunches is tricky enough on its own. Glad you got it figured out!
