Are you talking about fade times beyond what the dimmer itself is capable of?

Notice that some use cases for ignoring a change are just the opposite, i.e, increase if brighter, but don't decrease if lower. This leads to some complexity of selection.

I'm referring to the existing fade durations that can be set when creating a lighting action. Nothing specific to the dinner (what I am not sure of if behind the scenes Hubitat is sending multiple level set commands or a single level set with transition time). In my case I am just using the generic Zigbee dimmer dth.

The additional logic to ignore certain lights is likely too specific and perhaps could be handled a different way.
