Rule Machine disabled, but a rule still works

I have disabled Rule Machine and all 9 of my 5.1 rules. I did this by clicking the little boxes in the "Disable" column on the "Apps" page. I see red check-marks for Rule Machine and my 9 rules in the "Disable" column,

But . . . I still get a notification on my Android via the Hubitat app whenever I open my garage door. It almost seems like there is some "hidden" rule that is still activated. I need help in trying to determine what is making this notification trigger. The notification text is "Rule Machine: Garage door opened." But again, Rule Machine is disabled, so how can I find the "rule" that is triggering this notification? When I look at all 9 of my rules, I find nothing that deals with the garage door and/or sending notifications.

Any help in debugging would be appreciated. Thanks. -Rick in MA

I have an iPhone but I'm pretty sure the same thing will work for an android device. If you look at your android device on the devices page and look at the "in use by" that will give you a start.

You can also look at the "events" tab on the device and see what triggered the notification.

(And before you ask, "dungeon" is just a dark and cold storage room in the basement. No nefarious activity.)

Thank you. The "Event" tab was the key to my finding the source of the notifications. I looked at the events for my phone device, and then I quickly saw that Rule Engine (in Sharp Tools) was triggering the notification and NOT Rule Machine. Long ago, I had entered the text for the notification to use the words "Rule Machine", when it really should have been "Rule Engine". Dumb mistake on my part some months ago that I never noticed.

Thanks for your quick reply. My learning about the "Events" tab will be useful in the future.

Happy Holidays to you! Don't spend too much time in that dungeon of yours.
