Rule Machine Communication with Schlage BE469ZP

Devices I use to communicate with a C-7 Hub, Version 2.2.8.168:
Apple Macbook Pro, Big Sur, Version 11.5.1
Apple iPad Pro, Version 14.7.1
Apple iPhone Pro 12, Version 14.7.1
Internet Browser: Firefox, Version 91.0.2

History:
The Schlage BE 469ZP lock paired correctly with the Hub and the Device page is using the locks device driver.
The lock shows the correct Open/Close status when manually commanded via the twist handle and the Device page.
I can program the lock codes via the Device page and they work via the lock keypad.

Using the below rule I wanted a notification to be sent to my iPhone whenever I entered a SecArm code into the Schlage BE469ZP lock as a test notification to be sure the communications were good.

What happens is the rule notification only triggers when the SecArm code is entered via the keypad and the deadbolt status on the Device page shows unlocked. The Rule notification never triggers when the SecArm code is entered via the keypad and the deadbolt status on the Device page shows locked.

Interesting, with my BE469ZP if it is unlocked, the keypad only works if I press the "Schlage" button first, and pressing "Schlage" immediately locks the lock. If I don't hit "Schlage" logo the keypad is dead and won't accept any codes.

After watching the Logs and Device Events I have noticed that the LastCodeName value only updates on every other keycode entry (Bug??).
