Rule Machine: cloning a rule that references another rule

@bravenel In Rule Machine, when cloning a rule containing a reference to another rule, it would be nice if the "Replacements" dialog would allow you to select a replacement rule.

Alternately, it would be nice if a rule containing a reference to "This Rule" would carry over the "this rule" intention to the cloned rule.

This is way beyond the scope of what Export/Import/Clone is capable of. It doesn't really know anything about the specifics of the apps it clones.
