Rule Machine "bulb level" input stuck at 23

I can set this level to anything, but once I hit done editing, it always changes back to 23.
I'm using Rm. Im.not able to change any levels.
Has anyone else experienced this? How do I fix this problem.

You need to show the entire RM rule. Just editing an action would not change anything.

You probably need to click outside of the input window for the new value to be taken. Or there should be a ⏎ symbol to the right of the input field.
