Rule Machine 5.1 slow down

I have a problem with RuleMachine5.1. After a few days of restarting the hub, the rules start to slow down. From the moment of triggering to the first action, it takes about 2 seconds.
I made some simple test rules to illustrate the situation.
Rule in RuleMachine4.1 - time to first action approx. 300ms

Rule in RuleMachine5.1 - time to first action approx. 18000ms

Such a delay is of great importance when switching on the light, after entering, for example, the bathroom, I do not want to wait a few seconds for the light to turn on.
Previously I was rewriting rules from 4.1 to 5.1, now I am forced to rewrite from 5.1 to 4.1 (losing some functionality). Is there any chance to improve this situation?

There is something else going on with your hub causing this. Not sure what. Here's an example of Rule 5.1 similar to yours:
