I went in to modify a rule created with Rule Machine 3.0 that sends a pushover message but the headers were missing so it took a few tries to find the right drop down to edit the text.
This is an iOS Safari bug. Will be fixed in the next release. The one on the left is Insert Before, and the one in the middle is Edit Action.
