I just installed my first Zigbee dimmer from Inovelli and it won't turn OFF when the mode changes and room lights is set to have it OFF in that mode. It adjusts the dimmer level fine on all other modes and I can get it to turn OFF if I set it up in Room Lights to be ON with a dimmer level of 0. If I turn off room lights it does shut if off just fine. The only issue exists when modes change. All the Inovelli Z-wave devices adjust to OFF just fine.
Before someone asks yes I tried posting a screen shot of my settings but I'm not being aloud to.
OK, I don't think it's a room lights problem. Turns out the switch I not reporting itself as ON when its ON. So room lights is skipping it. I'll have to figure out what the deal is with that.

Is this a 2-1 Blue or a Fan switch? What firmware does it have?
Are you using Inovelli's driver for it, or some other driver?
2 and 1 switch. Firmware 2.18 and yes Iโm using their driver. I did change it to trailing edge mode if that makes a difference.
Is this a clue? If I press initialize it updates the on or off status, dimmer level and everything else. But I have to press it after each change to update.
I'm not at home so I can't help with troubleshooting here, but I'd start with making sure all parameters are set as desired...
When I change any parameters, I first open a separate Live Logs tab so I can watch that activity.
Review and Save any necessary parameter updates. Then do "Configure - ALL" and watch the live logs to ensure the parameters are all set as desired. It may not be necessary, but then I do "Refresh - ALL" too and watch those logs to ensure everything looks good.
This seems to have worked. Thank you! I donโt recall doing all this years ago with the rest of the switches but maybe I did. Thanks again.
