Room Lighting using contact closure

In the Room Lighting app, is it possible to have the Means to Activate Lights as a contact closing, and Means to Turn Off Lights using a contact staying open for a certain amount of time?

Under the drop down menu it only allows the use of a contact opening for the activation, and the contact staying closed as the means to turn off.

Sure... just use the custom attribute selection.

But then how do you set a time for the light to turn off if the contact stays open for x minutes?
