Room Lighting Transition Question

If I have a RL transition set up that takes place over time — say 10 minutes. Is there a way to know when the transition has completed?

I have a RM rule that turns on the RL transition activator. I'd like another action to take place once the transition has finished, but I haven't figured out a way to do that other than to put a wait in the rule for the length of the transition time.

I'll post my rule, I guess. Maybe someone will have an idea or two...

I use Cocohue for my Hue stuff. I have a Hue light strip that I use as a TV backlight. During the day, it runs a dynamic Hue scene "TV Backlight - Day - CCH Scene." Before sunset, I have all of the Hue lights change from daylight to a warmer temperature. The backlight changes to one called "TV background - Ocean dawn" that's also a dynamic Hue scene.

I want the transition to be slow — over 10 or 15 minutes. The only way I've found to do this with dynamic scenes is to first change the light strip to a static color that's similar to the first scene, then use Room Lighting to transition to a static color that's close to the second scene, then turn the second scene on. This works fine.

Question: Is there some way to know when the RL transition has completed? Currently I have the second scene delayed by the length of time the transition runs. But this is clunky. If I want to change it, I have to remember to change it both places. I'd love to be able to automate this. I'm open to any suggestion. Even a "you're outta luck" is helpful. Thanks.
