Room Lighting “Device Control” isn’t showing my selected devices

I’m on hub version 2.4.0.145 and all the sudden, my Room Lighting isn’t showing the device under Device Control. I’ve rebooted the hub and it is still missing on 10 out of 17 Room Lighting rules. Any idea why this happened all of the sudden?

I just solved my own problem. I added a new hub mode and the Room Lighting wasn’t setup for this new mode, thus nothing to control. Once I added the new hub mode to the Room Lighting, the devices to control showed up.
