Im trying to figure out how to tell my lights not to turn on if my shades are open. I figured room lighting could do it, but I dont even understand how to incorporate the shades in a useful manner. Any thoughts.
This would be so easy if shade position was an option for conditions.
You can use any attribute on any device, even if it is not a "built in" condition. This might work, or you could look at the numeric position attribute instead, depending on what you want:
