I am a Iris & Wink user moving to HE. Initially I thought I'd just want HE for security at first but now have decided to move Wink stuff to HE. I THINK I know the answer to this question but want to know for sure.
In Wink I used shortcuts & robots to do certain things every day such as turn on Iris & GE switches every day at a certain time...I used IFTTT to trigger some of these as well, such as "Alexa trigger GOODNIGHT" to turn off several switches.
I also had Wink to turn on certain switches when it sensed my Android phone upon arrival.
I have never loaded "RULE MACHINE" in HE...I've been wading thru HSM, Lock Manager, & a few other apps. 
My question: Is RULE MACHINE what I need to load to set up this type stuff to trigger formerly used "robots, shortcuts, trigger routines" etc?
Did not want to load any unnecessary apps until I checked first & I just want something simple to turn on switches. Thx.
