It may be worth attaching a screenshot of your rule in case the clone failure is rule related.

There is a reported bug with clone, fix coming today.
Possible bug - If I go to Rule Machine app status, and click on Export/Import/Clone button, then the page crashes for me:
This has been reported a few times and @bravenel has said a fix is coming today.
Fixed in Release 2.2.9.129.
