RM5.1 clone issue

Tried to clone an existing RM5,1 rule and receive this error, no entries in logs.

So I created new rule, clone % get same error

Just for reference

Possible bug - If I go to Rule Machine app status, and click on Export/Import/Clone button, then the page crashes for me:
