RM4 Question, Averaging, and how does this equate?

I use this rule, triggered by temperature change on one sensor.

Works great most of the time. Any idea why, every once and a while it does this:

Take the first 4 variables (sensor temperatures) and add them together, they should not, when devided by 4, come up 24!.
