Does Logging Affect Hub Performance?

Recently I've started noticing degraded hub performance at seeming random times. For example, shortly after initiating my "Leaving Home" sequence of automations, the hub completely froze up. In general it does not. But it really depends on how much is going on in your hub. For most hubs, most of the time, logging has virtually no impact. I have a large system, do development work on the hub, have extensive logging on all of the time, and never see an impact from it.

Currently as previous performance testing lead I always log and debug everything because I can not stop being in testing mode But honestly, I feel like I can remove most of them now because they are stable. I wish there was a way to select all or select specific RM4 rules, so you can perform mass updates like deleting, change logging, etc...
