RM triggered at a set time only if a hub variable is true

I want an action to be done only if it is a given time and if a given hub variable is true.

In other words this could be stated
If Mode is not "Away" and time is 9:00 PM then do this....

I get stuck by RM stating Mode becomes Away as opposed to Mode is Away

Use a required expression for it to only happen when Mode is NOT away.
