I would like to make a couple of suggestions. I would like to see the turn "on and off" the prediction part for the rules. So, if you need to troubleshoot you can turn off the predictions and your settings remain just not active. You have a slide to enable it, it should be easy to disable too.
Other things that I find annoying is when you STOP a rule there isn't any done or return option. You need to click on the left panel to get back to apps, or whatever you click on, get off the rule you just stopped. There should be a more intuitive way.
