Problem has started to pop up when editing rules, creating new triggers etc. For instance in the below rule there are 3 triggers:
But when I go into edit the triggers I can only see the first two meaning I can't edit / delete the third trigger.
Its not just isolated to this rule. Been happening with a few rules on the hub.
I've already performed a soft reset and restored the most recent database. Any ideas that may assist with a fix?

[Edit] Have also rebooted and set option to database rebuild but that did not fix it either.
