RM Not Used Question

Hey Everyone,
I just recreated this rule and not for some reason I am getting an (Not Used) message in one of the conditions which is being used... What am I not seeing?

You are showing the bank for conditional triggers and actions (or expressions used in conditions in actions). Required expressions have a separate bank, accessible from the required expressions page itself. Rule Machine is correctly showing you that you have defined this condition but not used it any of these places. If you go to the required expressions page, you should see the condition you are using there on that page.

EDIT: Wait, I missed your first action. The explanation below is correct that you are using a device in a wait for event, which does not involve conditions.

So this is what my old RM rule looked like, I am not sure what the difference is between them..

Sorry, I edited my post to correct something I missed. This is what @hydro311 was going to point out, correctly, above -- that you have an event in your new rule but an expression in your old one. You were using it in an expression in that rule, but events don't use conditions (conditions are the building blocks of expressions), so the rules are slightly different, and this is a result of that.

In that last example, you are using a "Wait for expression..." as your first Action - that uses that Condition.

In your first example, you changed the first Action to "Wait for event..." - although the end result is effectively the same, that does not use that condition.

Ha, Robert beat me to it - he's good!
