I'd love to see a rule manager system that is more visual and traceable, not necessarily a Webcore port. My kids have learned to program on Scratch. I think it's a pretty good way of representing code that is accessible to non-coders. Their visual code blocks are all open source.
And I understand that there are limitations to resources and capabilities.
