RM 5 - Cloning Rule That is Predicate false Shows Predicate false in Title

This is a minor thing, if I clone a RM 5 rule that is Predicate false, it'll display the Title text in red with some of the HTML formatting that is probably applied to the main Apps page.

This is probably more cosmetic more than anything, it doesn't seem to break the rule or cause any issues I could find other than the cosmetic part.

Here's how it looks after it's cloned this way if I leave the formatting in there:

Yeah, the way that red text shows up in the title is (drumroll) by changing the title. So yes, cloning such a rule will clone the title also. And you've shown where you can edit the title while cloning to be whatever you want it to be.
