RM 4 Trigger time changed, rule fired at old time

Hey all,

I created this Rule initially at 6:00pm, it was just too close to feeding time so I edited the trigger to 7:00pm.

The next day, it ran still at 6:00pm

I went in just now and selected Run Actions and Update Rule so I will see what happens on Tues even. Was under the impression that this isn't necessary as selecting Done does the same thing.

Is there a bug that prevented the schedule from being updated in a rule such as this?
