@bravenel Now I am getting the Red X where I was not getting it before. It goes green at first but then goes to an X shortly after for some reason. Devices started off and I hit the activate button in the app.

It looks as though your devices are not reporting. Every device has a subscription to its on/off/level events, and those events show up in debug logging.
They are reporting, the events show up, the circle turns green and then a few seconds later it goes to the red X. I have not seen this recently until v138. It only seems to happen when I activate from the button at the bottom of the app. I can try and test some other scenarios later tonight as well.
