I have installed the unofficial Ring App and created tiles that don't show the thumbnail. When I go back into the app on display thumbnails. I get this error:
Snapshot Prerequisite Error
No installed devices support snapshots. Please install a device that supports snapshots before continuing
In the top left of the tile, I get a broken image icon.
Any Help would be appreciated,
