I seem to have a conflict trying to include my Ring Keypad. SmartStart shows the keypad included, but it’s really not since I had to reset the pad to factory defaults (again) while troubleshooting a code validation issue (displays ‘false’ for validCode) which manifests as an apparent “non-responsive keypad” that has vexed others.
Pad currently won’t include or exclude when it’s in 3-flash green Tx/Rx mode. While SmartStart has worked previously, deleting the Smartstart entry and reentering it via QR code, recalls the previous DNI (0019) (like a ghost). Before this, when I removed and re-included it, the DNI incremented one integer starting with 0011 (and now ending with 0019). I’ve deleted the Hubitat app from my iPhone (and confirmed data removal) but SmartStart continues to show the pad as included on DNI 0019.
I’m seeking some troubleshooting hint on how SmartStart knows the pad is included, and if there is a way to reset this source database besides completely wiping my C-8 hub and starting over. Thanks.
