Ring issues the past few days

Hello all,

My Ring issues started a couple days before the AWS issues and continues today. Not a single thing has been changed in over a year, IIRC

My RM Rule to change the alarm is no longer working and nothing I do seems to help

Modes change as expected and now it's currently in Home mode so the alarm should have disarmed

When I use the parent Ring device and set the Ring mode to Disabled, I get this error

When I use the Ring Virtual Hub device and set the Ring mode to Disabled I get this

The HE log that sets the alarm is called Set Alarm, it shows this

Yet the alarm is still armed when I check the keypad and the mobile phone app

I have re-authenticated into the Ring app via HE, (2FA is enabled)

Running out of things to check, what am I missing?

C-3 running 2.3.0.116

Mine stopped working the other night as well. I went into the app and then logged in again. After logging in again I went to the Ring API Virtual Device and hit Initialize and then Refresh and everything started working again.

TY, I did have to re-log in again as the app was logged out... didn't fix the issue

Finally back from some camping and getting back into this...

Nothing so far has worked, until this morning

This time I went into the Ring App and re-discovered devices, the app indicated it was adding in the base station... (even though it is listed as a device) Ran the Hub through the modes, Home > Evening > Sleep and back to Home and the alarm set as desired

There was another (!) AWS outage yesterday from about 10:30-10:50 eastern. I wonder if that could be part of the problem?

Yes I did hear about that, I don't think so as this has been going on since a few days before the big AWS issue ~10 days ago
