I understand Hubitat C-8 Pro now supports Ring devices and that should include the Ring Door Bells and other Ring Cameras.
Is this integration available on European versions of the C-8 Pro as well?
I have a C-8 Pro based in France but under the compatible devices do not show Ring cameras. Other Ring devices such as contact sensor etc. do appear under the compatible devices.
If Ring cameras are compatible and this facility is enabled in European models of the C-8 Pro as well, then what is the procedure to integrate them?
I have updated my C-8 Pro to the latest version of software.
I don't know if there are any cloud restrictions (on the Ring side) that would prevent the integration from working in France, but the process to add is to go to Integrations > Add Integration (may also show as Add Built-In Integration, depending on what you've set up) on your hub and then select Ring Integration from that list.
That is what I had missed doing - Integration.
I was trying to Add Devices which of course was wrong.
Yes, I have succeeded via the Integration and will try the features now.

You say your Ring doorbell "connects for a while".
Therefore, I presume you have already added it by "Integration" and it connects and disconnects?
You can try updating to the latest platform as usual and try re-Integrating it.
How were you doing this before? Are you saying you were not doing this with Hubitat?
Add the new integration and bring your Ring doorbell (and other Ring devices if you have any) into Hubitat. Then create rules, etc. to accomplish what you want.
