Yeah, I can confirm that. I have a few of the ring alarm contact sensors G2 that are about 2 years old, that show the same device data as your working sensors. There is no configure button on the commands page. Not sure how to help you.

Edit to add: @JTC ... just saw this link to a community driver...Ring Alarm Contact Sensor G2 - Driver. I have not tried it but mention it only as a possible solution.
