Right-sided scroll bar too thin

I raised this yesterday.
No response as yet from @gopher.ny but I think he may have more important things to focus on.

Screen does not scroll when clicking on open space

I'm using chrome on a Win 11 laptop. What I'm noticing is that the right scroll bar doesn't actually work. As you can see the scroll bar is there with a background colour of red. [image] When I go below the scroll bar and tap nothing happens. Normally, and pre 2.3.9, when I tap on the space below the end of the scroll bar the page will scroll down. This no longer works. @gopher.ny EDIT: I'm getting the same on Firefox
