I migrated form my C5 to a new C7 so I could gain the ability to do firmware updates, etc.
Everything has gone great except for one thing.
I can't get my Zigbee devices back up, I followed the instructions, it keeps saying to go to "discover devices" but I can't find that option anywhere, did it get removed?
It tells me on the Home Screen there are the three dots, but I don't have that at all.
Any ideas?
Go to the “Device” screen. On the top right, there is an “+Add Device” button. From that screen, you can click on the “Zigbee” button.
I do that, I assume I have to put Zigbee into pairing mode? When I do, nothing happens, the devices don't show up and they don't respond still.
First put the hub into pairing mode, then press the appropriate button on the device. You may need to reset the device first (from a button or pin-hole on the device). I’ve done that before quite a few times on several types of devices. When it starts pairing, then it recognizes the device and links it to the driver.

Yeah, as @Sebastien says, factory reset the device. Then re pair it, it will show as previously paired and take it's proper slot
