[RESOLVED] Zigbee failing on C8p

I set five devices on a C8p. Four devices showed up in the graph and one of those was unknown. Things worked from the device page but the unknown devices were concerning.

A reboot and db restore was suggested and it didn’t help. I tried a soft restore and restore and no change. Finally I did a full restore and started from scratch. Now I can’t get past the device found, initializing message. Nothing will join. The devices were factory reset.

It is a C8 pro running 2.3.7.146. The devices I originally had paired:

Sengled RGB bulb
Iris v2 motion sensor
Generic outlet
Thirdreality plug
Tuya 4-1 mm wave presence sensor

I have tried the Sengled, Iris, and outlet since doing a full reset. They all fail on initializing. I then tried the Sengled on a C5 and it immediately paired.

Still can’t get anything to get past initializing on the C8p.

Could you please send me a private message along with your Pro's MAC address so we can look at the engineering log for additional clues?

Firmware 2.3.8 appears to have resolved the issue. On a side note, I've never seen a Zigbee device pair so fast.

I suspected there were Zigbee issues with the initial 2.3.8 beta releases. I had 2 devices that would not pair, I went back to 2.3.6 and the devices paired fine, so I wonder if my issue is related

I don't do the betas, I was on 2.3.7. I didn't try reverting back to 2.3.6 since this isn't my main hub so I could wait to see what support had to say. It is becoming my main hub but right now I can afford to wait and even wipe it clean.

Anyway, I'll be pairing the other devices I was testing and see how that goes.
