Solved. I was apparently leaving something in the search filter box that was preventing me from seeing a newly created notifier.

I use Device Activity Check. For some reason my 2.3.9 Notifications app is not saving new child instances. It previously did and the current beta does. I'm guessing some sort of corruption. But; how to fix it?

If you suspect corruption reboot the hub and check the "rebuild database" option. That should clean out any garbage that you may have. You could also restore from a backup but that carries some risk if your backups are bad. If never had issues but I've read some have.

I can't answer you question concerning the notifier app but the Device Activity Check app is perfect for monitoring battery levels and for non responsive devices. You might want to check it out.
