Trying to make this as public as possible, so I can get some kind of a response.
I bought a 2nd hub and upgraded to the C-8.
It arrived DOA, no blue power LED.
Entered data in Warranty, twice, no response.
Navigating around the site, it seems to be very "buy something now" oriented.
Where is the customer service?

I believe support has said due to the large volume of sales and staff being off for the Thanksgiving holiday, they are slightly behind.
How long ago did you submit a ticket? If it was in the past day or two, they should be getting to you shortly.

Have you tried a different power supply?
And usb cable.
Really wanted it to work.
Welcome, I know this can be frustrating. I'm certain once they work through their backlog from the holiday sales they'll address the issue, as I have observed multiple times over the past 5 years.
Waiting is the hard part. I'd suggest browsing the community and have a look at the tons of great features and functionality, which will make the waiting even harder , but should let you know you made the right choice.
The real issue is that there is no feedback that they even know I am trying to communicate a problem. Wouldn't an automated system simply say we have the message stand by? I don't mind waiting a few days or longer, but with zero response to multiple contacts over five days, you simply start to get concerned. Then when you surf around the website, it seems rather heavily oriented to buying something, which I did, (twice). However with customer service I was in the dark, so I resorted to posting here. In any case I suspect this thread with get a response and I really look forward getting a replacement unit and going full gas with the C-8. Thanks for everyone's comments and help.
