just migrated my c-7 hub over to the c-8 all zwave devices missing. ran the migration process twice. same results
Are your hubs on 2.3.5.103?
Earlier builds had this exact problem. Make sure your hubs are updated.
yes both are on 2.3.5.103

so third restore fixed it. what I think caused the issue was that I never rebooted the C7 hub after the update. so i powered it back on and did another backup and restore and the zwave device came over this time.

Thank you @mmuniz317! I tried to restore several times from a few different cloud backups and all my zwave devices were missing. Powered on my old hub again, created a new backup, and then shut it down (I'd already done this once following the migration instructions), then powered the new hub back up and restored again and this time my devices were back.
