Resideo Vista-250 Interface

I am migrating my old HA system to Hubitat but need a solution for my alarm system which is holding me back.

I am presently on an older Vera Plus controller with an AD2USB module to interface to the alarm panel as another "keypad". (See below). The setup has worked flawlessly for several years and even survived a panel upgrade a year ago.

Anyway Vera is aging poorly with no support or releases coming. The replacement platform Ezlo Plus does not have an answer for my setup and I deliberately moved away from Ezlo to Hubitat due to (huge) disparity in platform maturity.

I looked at the past posts of this but they are a bit dated now and wondering if there was anything newer on the topic. Ideally I'd be able to use a driver and interface to my AD2USB (somehow get from ethernet/WiFi to USB) but failing that a different solution that comes to the panel as another "keypad". I could write some code in an arduino to handle the USB interface to WiFi but then would need a Hubitat driver so this seems too much work for my novice programming skills.

I don't need an exotic solution. The existing solution I have is much more than I need (multiple partitions, ...). I just need to arm (away/stay)/disarm the system from Hubitat and be able to see system status (Ready, Armed, Alarm, ...).

I should note I can arm the system with an iPhone app via the Resideo Total Connect 2.0 app today. I want to be able to arm and disarm the system from Hubitat rules though. I think the TC2.0 API is highly protected so while it sits on my LAN (dual WAN/Cellular system) I couldn't find any direct controls for my VISTA-250BPT panel.

Any suggestions from folks more knowledgeable in this area?

A few of us here have the NuTech AD2Pi connected to an Arduino dating back to SmartThings days many years ago. I have never used the USB version but you will need a way to translate the serial interface to Hubitat and HE doesn’t support USB.

Others are using an Envisalink to interface between their alarm panels and HE as there is a community driver.
