This past weekend I reset my C7 since we moved to a new house, and I have new devices. When I open the HE app on my iPhone, I see all of my old devices. Do I need to make a change on the iPhone app in order to get it to update the device list to show the current devices?
Easiest fix would be delete the app and reinstall it, log back in again.
After deleting the app, redownloading it and logging in, I receive the message "no devices found". But if I log into Hubitat.com website I see all of my devices. Since I did a reset on the C7, do I need install a driver or something on it for the iPhone app to connect?
Ok, my bad... when prompted to create a device I did not realize it was to create my iPhone. I created my phone, and I can now see the devices on the phone. My only problem now is the Dashboard. It is still pointing to my old Dashboard. Any idea how to point it to the new Dashboard?
Ok, not sure why but deleted the app again and redownloaded; logged in and now dashboard is working
